A few comments

1) Good read as always. I like the moment between Kevin and Stella and I am interested to see where this goes.

2) George Berryman is the awesome

3) How long is this story arc? When are we going to figure this Stone guy out.

HEY BTMX!

You're the biggest supporter of CSA, (Even Wrote a limited series at some point.) Good to see you're on board still.

Stone will be our big baddie for awhile. Think of him as Wolfram and Hart of the CSA universe.

Kevin and Stella's relationship is as they say on the Booko'Faces, 'Complicated.' Favorite part of the issue.

Ol' GB is always made of the Awesome.

JR Fettingers Marvel:I'd hire Spideydude to be me at conventions, with his cowboy hat, a cigar sticking out of his mouth, and a beer in his hand because he would certainly look a lot "cooler" and "more relatable" to the fanbase that a short, gray haired middle aged man.

Kevin Cushing wrote:Just read the issue, Zach, and enjoyed visiting with these characters again. I'll admit I was a little confused at a few points of this issue (especially when we were stepping into a machine, then passing out, then I was asking Stella out, then we were in the club she mentioned). As much as I do find the character oriented dialogue to be the most entertaining part of it, I think this one could have benefited from more exposition. But, I didn't set out to be negative here because it really was an entertaining read as always, and that's the point. Good times with good characters. Looking forward to the next one!

I agree Zach isn't the most polished writer in the room around here, but on the other hand, this is a visual medium, and I don't think Zach needs to go all Bendis on us here.

For example, the passing out scene, it's not like you ended up in a pool of your own blood where the reader is thinking "OMG, how are they getting out of this one?" The reader knows the characters just passed out and will come to momentarily. A scene of you coming to, saying "Okay, who wants some hot dogs?" Followed by you asking Stella out at the hot dog stand, where you say "Yeah, at that club" and so on would be a bit much in terms of exposition in a visual medium.

Eh, just my .02 on that.

Technically, a wraparound. A gatefold would be too much! Maybe for an annual or something. :D

And Enigma: nice work as always! You pretty much have the market cornered on badassery.
