The opening trippy song is here.

Before this I would have thought Mark was one of the classier writers in comics but now after all this shit he's been saying first on JMS blog and now apparently slamming crawslpace and the fans here over on CBR I kinda feel like not wanting to read anything by him ever again.

Donavan--speaking of Virgil, have you read Teen Titans #6? Virgil has a pretty big role in that, Lobdell wrote him REALLY well, and has said that he'll become part of the team shortly after the whole "The Culling" thing that him, DeFalco and Mackie are doing in May.

I did, and while it was cool seeing Virg and Tim interact, Lobdell had him be a complete scientific genius on the level of Tony Stark. That kind of sucked in how it was really out of nowhere. I mean Virgil has always been smart, but it's been more of a Lisa Simpson level where he's just a brainy kid. He was never a super genius. That rang hollow and lazy to me. But I do like the idea of Static on the Titans, and the idea of him and Tim bouncing off of each other. I don't think Tim was on the team when Virgil was before FLashpoint, and they had a freindship in the DCAU so it'll be fun to see.
