Is this the end of the series or will one about Gargan come?

It's only a temporary end. Eventually I'll bring it up to the present, but not until after the summer.

Cyber Ghostface - did you used to haunt the Hero Realm boards? The name sounds familiar.

Very nice, very intriguing, although there's a couple of minor typos (and a brief, unexplained intrusion of politics into our nice little private world). I've always like Venom, and thus far the series has taken a fresh, well-thought out look at his character. Can't wait for the Gargan bit :D

Speaking of Venom, will our Spider-Man 3 analysis come any time soon?

Can't wait to hear whether you were thrilled beyond belief or uncontrollably disappointed.

I, for one, prefer Topher Grace than the meathead from the comics. Me, personally.

Yep. But unfortunately my free time is bogged down in a lot of work related projects - which are due over the next couple of weeks, so forward progress on my Spidey articles has slowed.

But check the latest podcast if you want to hear my opinion of the film. The official review will repeat some of what is in the podcast.

You do know you can listen to the show on your computer. I don't own an ipod and just listen to it on my computer.

JR Fettingers Marvel:I'd hire Spideydude to be me at conventions, with his cowboy hat, a cigar sticking out of his mouth, and a beer in his hand because he would certainly look a lot "cooler" and "more relatable" to the fanbase that a short, gray haired middle aged man.

They just add to the notion that people can't leave their computers at home, and I think it signals the beginning of the end for the human race.

But, back to the main topic...

JR, I just re-read it, and I notice that a number of times you refer to Carl Brock as "Carol Brock."
