For the record I have no involvement in this and it is not affiliated in any way with the Crawl Space series.

Re: A Thank You to the Gang.

Thank you so much for the kind words, WebbedSentry. That means a lot. Quite a few members of this community have been incredibly kind and supportive to me over the years, from reviews and editorials to more out-there projects like a short-lived solo podcast and the Crawl Space "comic." There were ti...

Re: Reading Projects.

I do wish marvel would try and kick the horror titles into gear. They've revamped the space characters very well. Midnights Sons for instance could be really good in the right hands. OR just call em the Dark Avengers. It probably goes without saying but I couldn't agree with you more. For years now...

Re: Marvel Casts Michael Douglas as Hank Pym

Edgar Wright pointed out that he actually explained this in an interview back in 2006 (yes, the movie has been gestating that long!). Sounds like a pretty good story to me, and Michael Douglas is an excellent actor. "The idea that we have for the adaptation is to actually involve both. Is to have a ...

Re: Reading Projects.

No Man-Thing there, Kevin? I considered getting ToD vol 3 omnibus but 1 and 2 complete the Wolfman run and 3 is just a collection of disparate stories I believe --so maybe I can do without 3. Never could get into Man-Thing. I don't get the appeal. Even in guest appearances in stuff like the origina...

Re: Reading Projects.

Thanks to getting mostly only cash for my birthday in September and then also for Christmas and taking said cash mostly to ebay, I've managed to nearly finish putting together a LOT of Marvel's supernatural stuff from the 70s through the 90s. I'm looking at a reading project that starts with Tomb of...

Re: Trouble with PM's

A PM stays in your outbox until the recipient has read it, so all that means is whoever you sent it to unfortunately hasn't seen it yet.

EDIT: Let me know when you've seen this reply. I'll wait until then to move this thread to Crawl Space 101.

Ask the Gang a Question for the January 2014 Podcast!

Ok gang (did I sound like Brad? I was trying) we'll be recording the January show in about a week so you have around 6-7 days to ask us a question! PLEASE READ - THERE ARE NEW RULES! Because of the ever-growing length of the recordings, we've decided to limit the questions to 1 per person, and 1 pag...

Re: Podcast 266 Dec 2013: What did you think?

Hi I left some i-tunes feedback about the show that was read out in this podcast. (from the UK, under the name Tijean) I just wanted to say thanks for the kind words and to reiterate what a great job you all do each month. Oh, and the new book I picked up from the Spider Satellites reviews was Supe...

Re: Doctor Who thread

I can't imagine Steven Moffatt actually had all that planned from the very beginning, but he sure knows how to make it look like he did! Such a great payoff, such a great episode, such a great Doctor saying goodbye. That was wonderful. And I look forward to seeing what's to come from the Capaldi era!

Re: Do you need to read the book to have a valid opinin abou

Everyone will always have an opinion on everything. It's our nature, we're opinionated creatures. Whether we've read a book, read the preview pages, read the solit, read a review, or just listened to the SHOCKINGLY EXCELLENT discussion on the Crawlspace Podcast  What matters is what you do wit...

Re: Anti-OMD/BND = Delta House (Where the Sexy Lives)

There's a column on CSBG that examines past comic book moments that are ironic in hindsight, and I just saw one (even though it was released almost a year ago) about the good ol' Spider-marriage. Here's the link for the full write-up with context: http://goodcomics.comicbookresources.com/2013/01/20/...

Re: This constant renumbering is already getting confusing.

Also what does INH stand for? .INH signifies an Inhumanity tie-in. And given that, I'm guessing we can look forward to similar "letter numbers" on event tie-ins in the future. Just in case the big honkin' banner across the top of the cover wasn't good enough for you. That, to me, is the most confus...
