The costume still bothers be but the "Visuals" is starting to win me over a little bit. Physically, he looks like Spider-Man.

I just started watching this show, even though I'm lost on the backstory, it's great.

Re: The DCU Relaunch Thread

From what I've read, apparently DC with it's "swish" logo had some legal trouble with DC the skater shoe brand where they had components of their logos in common and DC Comics didn't copyright it right so they had to pay a large sum of money. Re: The DCU Relaunch Thread

Both issues also have Bruce Wayne giving a speech to a bunch of people. For first issues, I was wasn't impressed. Maybe they both had to feature Arkham because of the game. JLA wasn't much better. The pace for issue 1-2 is very slow and we still have members of the team we haven't seen yet. The art ...

Re: The DCU Relaunch Thread

I finally got around to reading Dark Knight #1 and Batman #1 and the whole Arkham breakout didn't make sense. In Batman Two-Face was normal but in Dark Knight he looks like the hulk and calls himself One-Face. Is this the same breakout or is this 2 different stories taking place at different times?

I really enjoy the new series. It doesn't have the same history as the original but it doesn't bother me.

Weren't people here saying the same thing about Cap's uniform in First Avenger when it was first announced? Why yes, yes they were. :P
I actually liked the "First Avenger" uniform. This one looks silly

I don't think he was initially talking about the crawlspace. It just got dragged into it.

Re: 10 ways to rile up comic fans

I use to visit my LCS every wed for years but I've been slacking off lately. I've gone a couple weeks without picking up new books. Now it's been a couple months. I've lost interest in the books I use to enjoy. It feel like it's the 90's again with the flood of #1's and bagged comics. The few books ...
